Tomorrow is already CNY’s eve……. Have been so busy, have not even done any spring cleaning. Maybe will do some cleaning after I’m done updating this post.
Made these cupcakes for class in ICCA in early January.
The ox, fish and gold bar was made using candy mould, while the oranges were molded free hand. I also made another version of the ox/cow for Nicole without using any mould. Here’s how it looks like:
These 2 cupcakes were actually meant for her nephew who is celebrating his birthday tonight. This version is cuter than the earlier one. Got the idea to make them from Special Cakes.
